Provenance API

Send a media file and get back the provenance markers that it carries. A provenance marker is a signal that records how a file was made.

Getting started

Sign in to create an API key. The free plan includes 500 API calls per calendar month and needs no card. Send the key in the Authorization header of each request to POST /v1/detect. The response lists each check with one of three results: found, not_found, or unavailable.
